Handbook toolbar

The toolbar is in 3 parts

The first section deals with adding new sections, changing the order of sections and deleting sections

The Handbook section deals mainly with the presentation of the printed handbook. It also handles the optional sections you would have been presented with before and any previously deleted sections.

The Print/Export section is self explanatory.

Amendments to the content of handbook sections are dealt with in the main body of the screen.
