Employee status
An employee's status regarding the handbook and their contract will show under their name/photo.
A flag may also show in the employee listing on the left. This flag, if present, will indicate if the employee's status needs attention for one of the following reasons:

They have not received a handbook

They have not received an up to date handbook
-
There is no signed contract in place
-
Their contract is expiring in the next 30 days
Which of the above conditions exist will be detailed under their name/photo.
The summary tab will show at a glance employees with alerts.
