Garden Leave

• In certain cases, The Company may insist that notice is taken as ‘garden leave’ during which time you will not be required to attend The Company’s premises, nor will you be permitted to contact customers, fellow employees, nor any other contacts of The Company.
• You will be expected to remain available to and contactable by The Company during working hours.
• You may not engage in work on your own account or with or for the benefit of any third party while on garden leave.
• During any period of 'garden leave' you will remain an employee of the Company and remain bound by these terms and conditions.
