I am pleased to inform you that [Company Name] will contribute towards the cost of your [insert details, such as course name and training provider] training. The Company’s contribution will be [insert amount] for the [insert details, such as course fees].

As discussed, The Company would require you to repay this sum if you leave employment during the training or within [specify time period. This must be reasonable and proportionate. Generally, up to a maximum of two years, please seek legal advice if you have any doubts] of completing the training.

You agree that if you leave your employment with The Company during this time period, you will refund this sum in full or a proportion based on the following scale:
